Day 1: Johannesburg - Mpumalanga

The journey begins heading towards Mpumalanga Province along the “ Panorama Route ”, stopping to see the Blyde River Canyon and the breathtaking God's Window (weather permitting). En-route enjoy a visit to a cultural village before arriving late afternoon at your hotel.

Overnight: Protea Kruger Gate or similar (D)

Day 2: Mpumalanga – Bongani Game Reserve

After breakfast enter the world famous Kruger National Park en-route to Bongani Private Game Reserve. The afternoon is at leisure prior to departing on your first open vehicle game drive for the chance to view the “Big 5”. All the game drives are accompanied by highly qualified rangers and trackers – ensuring exciting, informative and safe game viewing. Arrive back at the lodge in time to freshen up before a hearty dinner.

Day 3: Bongani Game Reserve

An early morning wake up call is followed by game viewing in open vehicles. Arrive back at the lodge for brunch. The rest of the day at leisure, before the evening's game viewing and late dinner.

Day 4: Bongani - Johannesburg

After an early morning game drive followed by breakfast at the lodge (or vice versa in winter) travel along the scenic “Highlands Meander” famous for its numerous craft markets, to the Schoemanskloof area. After lunch (own account) continue to Johannesburg where the tour ends. Guests may be dropped off at the airport.
