Day 1
Depart Johannesburg and drive eastwards to Mpumalanga province, through Lydenburg down Long Tom Pass to Sabie. Visit Mac Mac Falls , Lone Creek Falls and the old historical gold mining town of Pilgrim 's Rest. Overnight in the area.

Day 2
Explore the scenic Panorama Route this morning, with stops at God's Window, Bourkes Luck Potholes, Blyde River Canyon an the Three Rondavels. A visit to the Hoedspruit Cheetah and Wild Dog project is worthwile, before entering the Kruger National Park for wildlife viewing. Overnight at a rest camp or a private game lodge.

Day 3
A full day to experience wildlife in the Kruger National Park, either driving in your own car on in an open vehicle with a ranger. Overnight at a rest camp or a private game lodge.

Day 4
Drive south this morning traveling through the Kruger National Park , and enter into Swaziland. Continue on to Piggs Peak for overnight.

Day 5
Spend today experiencing Swazi culture and crafts, with visits to Ngwenya Glass blowing, Swazi Candle making and various Swazi roadside craft stalls. Overnight in the area.

Day 6
Drive south this morning via Mkuze, Hluhluwe/Umfolozi Game Reserve (famous for Rhino) to St Lucia for a cruise on the estuary. Continue on past Empangeni to Eshowe for a Zulu cultural experience and overnight.

Day 7
After a leisurely breakfast, drive south past popular beach resorts, stopping in Umhlanga Rocks. Continue on the popular coastal city of Durban .
