Rovos Rail:

Rovos Rail operates two luxurious trains through some of the most spectacular scenery in Africa . Each train has 20 carriages and has been splendidly refurbished with meticulous attention to detail, comfort and luxury. The trains named the Pride of Africa, are drawn either by steam diesel or electric locomotives, operating at various stages of the journeys.

15h00	:	Transfer to Pretoria Capital Park Station
16h20	:	Depart Pretoria aboard the Pride of Africa
Wednesday or Saturday
10h00		Arrive in Kimberely, passengers visit the Big Hole, the Diamond Museum and take a train ride.
13h00		depart Kimberely and proceed overnight via De Aar and Beaufort West for Matjiesfontein.
Thursday or Sunday
08h15		visit the historic village of Matjiesfontein.
10h30		Depart Matjiesfontein and proceed via Touws River , De Doorns and Worcester to Cape Town.
18h00		Arrive Cape Town station, Platform 24, transfer to hotel.
